[IIC Club] IIC Joins Hands with Students at Vietnam Education Fair 2026
With a commitment to fostering a dynamic, modern academic environment and promoting a strong spirit of international integration, the Innovation & Integration Club (IIC) participated in Vietnam Education Fair 2026 (VEF) as a supporting partner. Through its involvement, IIC contributed to disseminating information and connecting students of the University of Finance – Marketing (UFM) with international learning opportunities.
Vietnam Education Fair 2026 was an educational event that provided students with opportunities to explore study-abroad programs, scholarship opportunities, admission requirements, and essential preparations for pursuing education overseas. Through direct interactions with representatives from universities, educational organizations, and study-abroad consulting agencies, students were able to access practical and reliable information, enabling them to gain a clearer perspective when planning their future academic journeys.
For this event, IIC did not serve as the primary organizer but supported the program through communication, student outreach, and on-site coordination. With a proactive and responsible approach, IIC members worked together on a range of tasks, including publishing promotional content on the Club’s Fanpage, sharing event information across student groups, reminding registered participants of the schedule, and providing guidance on the event’s time, location, and participation procedures.
In addition, IIC assisted in compiling the registration list, updating information provided by the Organizing Committee, and addressing basic inquiries related to the event. Through effective coordination among its specialized departments, the Club successfully encouraged 150 students to register, with approximately 100 students attending the event in person. This outcome highlighted IIC’s ability to connect with students and promote academic and international integration initiatives within the UFM student community.
On the day of Vietnam Education Fair 2026, IIC members continued to support students at the event venue by assisting with check-in and attendance procedures, guiding participants through the exhibition areas, and helping them access information from various consultation booths. Although these tasks took place largely behind the scenes, the presence and support of IIC contributed to a smoother experience for participating students while reflecting the image of an active, well-organized, and responsible academic club.
The event also provided IIC members with valuable hands-on experience in communication, personnel coordination, registration management, and event support. Each specialized department played a distinct role throughout the implementation process: the Communications Department was responsible for promoting the event and disseminating key information; the Content Department supported the development of communication materials; the Human Resources Department managed registration lists and attendance; and the External Relations Department coordinated with relevant stakeholders and kept track of updates throughout the event. This collaborative approach contributed to a well-organized program that reflected the academic and international integration values promoted by IIC.
Through its participation in Vietnam Education Fair 2026, IIC continued to demonstrate its role as an academic club under the Faculty of Commerce and Tourism at the University of Finance – Marketing. Beyond supporting students in accessing international educational opportunities, the activity also reflected the sense of responsibility, proactive spirit, and networking capabilities of IIC members as they work toward building a dynamic, creative, and internationally minded student community.
