The Master’s Program in International Business at UFM is designed to strengthen specialized knowledge, managerial thinking, and adaptability in the global business environment. The two-year formal program combines in-person and online learning and offers two study orientations: research-oriented and application-oriented.

As business activities continue to expand globally, organizations increasingly require human resources with an international mindset, modern management capabilities, and the ability to adapt to changes in the business environment. The Master’s Program in International Business at the University of Finance – Marketing (UFM) is designed to meet learners’ needs for advanced professional knowledge and enhanced managerial competencies in an international business context.

The program provides learners with advanced knowledge of international business, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of global markets, international trade, and the international business environment. At the same time, learners have opportunities to strengthen their analytical, managerial, and strategic decision-making capabilities, thereby enhancing their ability to respond effectively to market changes and the practical demands of businesses.

In addition to specialized knowledge, the program provides opportunities for learners to expand their professional networks through interaction with lecturers, experts, and fellow postgraduate students. These connections can support their learning, research, and long-term career development.

The program is delivered over two years under the University’s formal education system, combining in-person and online learning, and offers two study orientations: Research-Oriented Master’s Program and Application-Oriented Master’s Program.
